DON’T MISS FRANKENSTEIN
FRANKENSTEIN IS COMING
Frankenstein will be performed by the Repertory Club in June and rehearsals are well under way.
Victor Frankenstein, a brilliant scientist, has created a ‘man’. This creature has roamed the land and found himself shunned and disgusted by all. He seeks his creator to put an end to his misery. But then the ‘monster’ has a better idea. He implores Frankenstein to make him a bride. One as wretched as he. Against his better judgement, Frankenstein agrees. This sets in motion a chain of events that will wreak havoc and bloodshed on the Frankenstein household.
Dotted with macabre humour to relieve the tantalising tension. Frankenstein shows on June 8th, 9th, 10th and 15th, 16th, 17th. EVENING SHOWS WILL START AT 7.30PM.

Last Weekend of Understanding Women
Understanding Women at the Repertory Theatre
This weekend Understanding Women opens at the Bridgetown Repertory Club. Another hilarious comedy from NZ playwright, Devon Williamson, there is something for everyone in this one.
Three very different mates gather in a garden shed for the weekend, determined to crack that age-old mystery of women. They bring with them a carton of beer, some women’s magazines, and a holy book. But after the first beer it’s obvious this task won’t be as easy as it seems. So begins a chaotic, comical weekend involving cross dressing, DIY and barbecuing, soul searching and a few drunken antics. The guys may not come to understand women but the audience will have a great time watching them try!
